Priced per destination, not per package

Send us your point list, we will price it. Within one working day. Distance and terrain move the price. We benchmark against market rates, so nothing is hidden.

Illustrative simulation based on market benchmarks, not a quotation.

Three things that move the rate

01

Distance

Measured from origin warehouse to the point, by actual road.

02

Terrain

Urban, rural and remote points carry different fleet costs.

03

Volume

The denser the points per wave, the lower the cost per point.

What is included

  • Fleet and driver
  • Fuel, tolls and road costs
  • Loading and unloading at the point
  • Delivery note and handover record
  • Three proof photos per point
  • Access to the monitoring screen
  • Data reconciliation before invoicing

Billed separately

  • Overnight stay when a point is closed on arrival
  • Redelivery when the recipient is absent
  • Sea crossings between islands
  • Points that require a smaller vehicle

Each one is confirmed with you first. Nothing appears on the invoice by surprise.

How billing works

  1. 1

    Data is reconciled first

Delivered points are matched against their photo evidence before anything is billed.

  2. 2

    Numbered invoice

One invoice per wave, with a per-point breakdown attached.

  3. 3

    Complete documents

Delivery notes and handover records signed by the recipient are attached.

Payment terms follow the contract agreement.

Questions about pricing

How is the rate calculated?

Per destination point. Not per kilogram, not per cubic metre. One point counts as one, regardless of how much cargo is dropped there, as long as it fits one fleet unit.

Why are remote points more expensive?

They take longer to reach, sometimes need a smaller vehicle to enter village roads, and often cannot be combined with other points on the same day.

What makes the invoice differ from the quote?

Only unplanned events: a closed point, an absent recipient, or a changed address. Each is confirmed with you first and never enters the invoice directly.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Density drives efficiency, not volume. Ten nearby points can cost less per point than fifty scattered ones.

How is payment handled?

Bank transfer to the company account under PT Kervan Logistik Nusantara. Terms follow the contract, and billing only starts after the data is reconciled.

Can we sign a long-term contract?

Yes. For recurring shipments the rate is locked per period, giving you a fixed number for budget planning.

What do you need from us for a quote?

The list of destination points with addresses, estimated cargo per point, and your target delivery window. Any format, Excel or CSV.
